Lil' donkey frens and dearies, my thoughts right now would be mere musing, not a-musing. Just heavy-hearted...have cried my donkey self sick just imagining that a poor lil' muskrat, somewhere, was born blind...imagining a baby sloth falling out of a tree...a legless lizard getting into a knot...accidentally stepping on a caterpillar...I just love all animals (mixed emotions on tapeworms and scorpions)...might need a dose of caster oil or somesuch, I'm just a weepy ol' gal this week!

Look, three of my bloggie frens posing in a tree! Howdy howdy, gals! Lookin' pretty as always!
Eh, blame on hormone fluctuations! That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!! I just had to kill a HUGE spider a bit ago that was in the house. Too big to try and capture to throw outside, I had no choice. While I love having them in the garden, inside bugs are all fair game. I did apologize to it if that makes any difference.
I'm your such a big fan, you intelligent lady, that I'm following your new blog — Scribe for Rent without a post yet! I'm wondering what's upcoming :)

Those daffodils are wonderful, can't wait to see some here:) I'm the same way with animals (except spiders & snakes cause I'm so scared of them) but I cry if I see a dead rabbit on the road while driving! I've been known to run right off the road completely to avoid hitting a chipmunk or squirrel:)
Those three pretty girls and the flowers make me anxious for Spring. It's very overcast here but it will hit 60 today. Time for Spring fever!
Thanks, Sally
Those daffodils are so pretty! Spring is finally on it's way and that makes me very happy!
Love the daffys and the jar. The pretty maids in a row are very symbolic for today as I just returned from a Ladies Fellowship prayer meeting. We had about 35 in all.
You are a very tend3er hearted lady Holly. Please don 't over burden yourself too much.If you came to India , you 'd cry buckets.
But I want to confess that I wouldnb 't cry over dead
snakes, frogs, scorpions, leeches, rats, spiders, lizards, ants, roaches, mosquitoes, centipedes, flies and termites. Have I upset you???
The daffodils are fantastic and I long to see them in my own yard! Can't say I'd shed a tear over a spider either :) Judi
I can never truly get my emothions straight when we have to do away with a varmint here-I mean like a rabid raccoon or something-even though I am scared of what they could do to my geese, or us, I really hate killing....well, this sure isn't a very pleasant comment!!
Think about daffys and about all of us, who love you so much...
~Debra
Geez, I don't know, some of this here comments got me cheered up a mite, thinking about spring coming to all my bloggie frens...then I realized I ought to expand my nervousness to other continents, too...THANKS AMRITA...then here comes a comment about rabid raccoons, I hadn't even THOUGHT of that, now I'm all bummed about that *sigh* THANKS Debra, oh-so-much...
No crying today!!
Love the pretty daffodils and girlies.
Spring is on it's way!!

You are such a sweetheart Holly. Not just your musings today but also your comment about the rose print.
I thought I'd look for a nice donkey postcard to brighten your day but what I found was appaling. Card after card had people using donkeys for telephones! Talking to one end, listening at the other. Why? I don't get it.
I'm sorry you're feeling blue, Holly. I'm a big ol' animal lover too. When there's a story on the news about abused animals, my husband knows now to change the channel, otherwise I have to get up and leave the room. I would cry for Lassie when she'd get into trouble, every single episode. But guess what I just got in the mail? Only the purdiest earrings ever to dangle from my ears! I'm wearing them right now, and I'll wear them again tomorrow when I go out with my Mom. Thank you donkey fren!
I love the daffodils. They look like the ones I have on my dinning room table. Couldn't resist them at the grocery store the other night, YES the grocery store.
Anyway, hope you're enjoying a good day. Couldn't really tell from your post!
Jim told me that he's been seeing armadillos in TX. I am very intrigued by armadillos, and would look for them (the army helmet dragging a tail) when we were in the South while rv'ing. In the Oklahoma/Kansas corner they were all dead, road kill. The Florida east coast and South Carolina had the most lively. A state park we stayed in near Amelia Island/Fort Clinch was loaded with them. They walked through our campsite, getting the corgi kids all excited.
Maybe you're feeling change coming...and with that emotions fluctuate. It's hard being a woman, whether still endowed with hormones or not. We feel so much....see so much...know what I mean? Menfolk are obtuse, let's face it, most of the time. Just remember...WE are the superior sex....repeat after me.....
Hugs and good vibes being sent your way.
Dadburn it...even when blue, you're the bestest blogger around. Right entertaining, and creative galore.
A blind sloth and a legless lizard? Goodness - you have been looking at those earrings on etsy again! Stop torturing yourself! It only gives you nightmares!!!
It makes perfect sense....
You spend so much time and energy making others smile that it's no wonder you might feel a little weepy now and then.
BUT, that's when it's OUR turn to be there for you!
So, Sweet Holly, I'm sending big hugs and a saddlebag full of smiles,
Crystal :-)
Where'd you find that picture of me and my sisters? I guess anything can be find on google these days!
Love daffodils--my favorite flower!
